How information is used
Soapy Digital uses submitted information to respond to your request, assess service fit, prepare follow-up tasks, and measure lead sources. Form data is not sold.
Service providers
Vercel hosts the website, Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions for abuse, and Supabase stores CRM records. Each provider processes information needed to deliver its service.
Retention
Non-customer lead records are retained for 24 months after the last meaningful interaction, then deleted or anonymized unless a longer period is required for legal or security reasons.
Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion through the website contact form. Legal rights vary by state.
